Trinity STR Management is led by Brian and Danielle Dahn — serial entrepreneurs who have spent the majority of their careers building, operating, and successfully exiting businesses across multiple industries.

Our background includes building franchise territories from the ground up into award-winning, top-performing routes, developing and leasing commercial real estate, and successfully exiting multiple businesses. Danielle serves as Director of Operations & Guest Experience, bringing the organizational precision and personal attention that turns good stays into 5-star reviews.

When we decided to enter the short-term rental space, we did what we’ve always done — we committed fully. We purchased a cabin in the Great Smoky Mountains, built our systems from scratch, and put them to the test. The result: Airbnb Superhost status and Vrbo Premier Host recognition in our very first eligible quarter.

We’re selective about the properties we take on. We believe every owner deserves our full attention — not a slot in an overextended portfolio. We operate with integrity in everything we do, and we treat every property the way we treat our own.
